Is there any software/app that notate the recorded voice?

Hi,
Sometimes I record the melodies and ideas I have in my head. I check the notes/frequencies of the recording but sometimes its not enough because there are some other aspects like note duration. Also it would be helpful if there is a software/app that changes the voice into the sound of instruments.
