Jake Kulak – For What It's Worth (Buffalo Springfield Cover) – protest music 2020

We created this video a few weeks ago as our commentary on the escalating issue of policing in America. We couldn’t think of a better time to release our version of Buffalo Springfield’s “For What It’s Worth”, one of the best protest songs ever written. Despite being released over half a century ago, “For What It’s Worth” still captures the struggle for progressive change in America and is a testament to the intertwined nature of politics and art. Filmed locally during the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, and created by Noah Weymouth, this music video is our guitar centric cover of a classic rock song.
