What’s the consensus on Lana Del Ray? I’m really into her for the last week.

I’ve always been aware of her, but I didn’t look into her music too much. I’ve recently discovered she has like 7 or 8 songs I strongly enjoy, which with my eclectic, erratic, and shallow taste, is quite a lot. Does she write them? They are all written by 3 or less people, and she’s always given a credit – so she’s much stronger in that department than say, Beyonce. But are they her songs?

As for singing, I admit I know nothing about that. All I can say is that her voice is pleasant to me.

I’m putting her up there with The Weeknd for my favorite current pop singers
