Heard a song I liked at target can’t figure it out

I heard a song at target and the only, possibly clear, lyrics I heard was “beside a whistle cat…inside a gravestone”

My daughter and I really enjoyed it but I couldn’t really decipher anything else. It was a really funky song! Sounds like it was from the 70’s!
