I feel like I have music ADHD, how do I listen to music more intimately and focus on it?

I’m extremely passionate about music and find myself constantly discovering new bands and genres I enjoy. However, a lot of the time I find it extremely hard for me to keep my attention when trying to fully listen to an album. For example, yesterday i was halfway listening through LA Woman and then a thought came “actually I want to listen to this song of The Beach Boys” and then I quickly changed to that and so fourth. I know this issue stems from streaming and the ability to maneuver through songs instantly, never fully allowing us to focus on one at a time. Would the solution be to get a vinyl so it forces my attention?( i cant quite justify this as i feel spending money on vinyl is kinda a waste as streaming exists). Make a music blog? I’d appreciate any input from you guys, as i love listening to music actively but my mind just seems to jump around to different stuff rather than allowing me to focus on something in particular.
